Single Sided PE Foam Tape

Single Sided PE Foam Tape is a flexible, closed-cell polyethylene foam tape designed for sealing, cushioning, insulation and gap filling. An acrylic adhesive on one side holds the tape in position, while the foam provides compression and separation between adjoining surfaces.

Available in a range of widths and thicknesses, it is a practical choice for construction, HVAC, automotive, glazing and general industrial applications.

Selecting the Right Thickness

For light cushioning or sealing, a thinner foam is usually suitable. For larger gaps or applications requiring more compression, choose a thicker option.

Available thicknesses are 3mm, 5mm and 10mm, with widths from 6mm to 48mm.

Application Tips

The surface should be clean and dry and free from any dust or grease before application of the tape. Don’t stretch the foam during installation, and press the adhesive side firmly into place.
