Double sided PE Foam Tape combines flexible closed-cell polyethylene foam with acrylic adhesive on both sides. It is a practical choice for mounting and joining applications where a cushioned bond is useful.
The foam helps accommodate minor surface variation while providing separation between bonded materials. Multiple thicknesses and widths are available for signage, nameplates, trims and general assembly.

Choosing the Right Thickness
1.1mm – lower-profile general mounting
1.6mm – useful where slightly more cushioning is required
3.2mm – better suited to applications requiring a thicker foam bond line
Choose the width according to the available bonding area and load.

Apply to clean, dry surfaces free from dust, moisture, grease and release agents. Press firmly across the full bonded area to maximise adhesive contact.
