Return Policy for My Tape Store
My Tape Store strives to provide you with the best product and service. Should you be returning a product, kindly act under our guidelines for returns:
Eligibility for Returns:
Incorrect items sent by My Tape Store can be returned for exchange.
Products ordered by mistake can be returned but at the customer’s expense.
Exchange for Faulty or Damaged Items:
My Tape Store will replace any defective or damaged products if customers file their claims within two days from the parcel signature date.
We need to see photographs that establish proof of damage.
We will start our investigation right after we verify the evidence. Then, we will provide you with a free replacement.
Return Timeframe:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Processing:
My Tape Store guarantees full refunds within seven days after receiving the returned item. Our refund policy applies to undamaged products which maintain proper resale quality.
Return Authorisation:
You must email info@mytapestore.com.au to initiate a return with your order number and several sentences explaining the reason for the return. You will obtain instructions for return through forthcoming authorisation.
Packaging:
Please pack the returned goods carefully. It helps them arrive in good condition. If you can, use the original packaging.
Required Documentation:
Please return your original invoice together with any existing authorised return documentation.
Damaged Goods:
Items damaged in shipping because of poor packaging or transport can’t be returned.
