Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy for My Tape Store

At My Tape Store, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you need to return a product, please follow our return policy guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns:

Only products that are sent faulty by My Tape Store can be returned.

Products ordered by mistake can be returned but at the customer’s expense.

Exchange for Faulty or Damaged Items:

My Tape Store will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered and signed for.

To confirm the damage, we require photographic evidence.

Once we receive the required evidence, we will promptly assess the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

Return Timeframe:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued within 7 days from the receipt of goods, provided they are in undamaged, sellable condition.

Return Authorization:

To initiate a return, please email My Tape Store at support@mytapestore.com.au  with your order details and a brief explanation for the return. We will provide you with return authorisation and instructions.

Packaging:

To ensure that your returned goods are received in excellent condition, please carefully pack them to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Required Documentation:

Include a copy of the original invoice along with any information provided to you for the return.

Damaged Goods:

Please note that any goods that arrive in a damaged condition due to improper packaging or handling cannot be returned.
